Rev. Dr. Randy Clipp - Senior Pastor
A native of Colonial Heights, VA, Rev. Dr. Randy C. Clipp is a graduate of Wake Forest University and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Clipp has a passion for preaching, teaching, and community and international missions. He has led church mission trips to Romania, Slovakia, Panama, Grenada, Trinidad, and Standing Rock Indian Reservation, South Dakota.
Over his 29 years of experience as a senior pastor, Dr. Clipp has served Kerr Memorial (Concord, NC), Monument Heights (Richmond, VA), and First Baptist, Clayton (Clayton, NC). He is also certified in Intentional Interim Ministry with the Center for Congregational Health.
He has been married 34 years to his wife, Linda, who is a middle school math teacher. Randy and Linda have two grown children and one granddaughter.
Clint Aclin - Minister of Music & Children

Clint has served as Minister of Music/Children at Olive Chapel since 2007. Before coming to Olive Chapel he served churches in Arkansas, Missouri, Texas and Louisiana. Clint also served as a Summer Missionary to Kansas/Nebraska.
Clint and his wife, Allison, live in Apex with their son, Cal. They have a daughter, Abbie, who is married to Jason W. Abbie and Jason have two children.
Kathy Sears - Office Manager
Kathy was born in SC. Her family lived in Asheville, NC for a few years, then moved to Greensboro, NC. She grew up in Greensboro and then attended North Carolina State University (Go Wolfpack!), where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree and Minor in Genetics.
It was at NCSU where she met her husband, Warren. They have been married since 1990 and have lived in this area since then. They have 2 married children, one beautiful granddaughter, and one spunky pup.
Kathy's favorite place to be is at the beach. She visits the NC coast several times a year. Spending time with her family at the beach is her ultimate happy place.
